EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

• SUBSTITUTIONS / REPLACEMENTS are NOT allowed

• You may NOT substitute another climber for your cancelled spot

• Refund requests for Climber Registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail before April 25th to receive a refund
